JD:

Store Management & SAP Management
1. Unload all the materials as per received invoices.
2. Verify the received materials quantity against invoices.
3. After receipt of materials Segregate material as per material category.
4. Shift materials at designated areas with proper labelling or identification.
5. Issue material to the user as Material issue slips.
6. Maintain Bin Card entry after issue of materials
7. Maintain all store proper housekeeping.
8. Coordinate with the security gate whenever a vendor reported at our Gate
9. Coordinate with security to complete gate entry
10. Receipt all courier mode shipment from Security gate
11. After receipt of Courier, communicate with the end user & handed over to the same
12. Daily basis provides class A chemical stock update
13. Daily basis take Cylinder area stock count
14. Coordinate for RGP & NRGP movement
15. Monthly physical stock count & reconciliation
16. Dry ice arrangement as & when required basis
17. Hand over consumable items directly to end users
18. Maintain store as per 5S requirements
19. Coordinate for loading activity NCL,IICT & respect lab etc.
20. All invoices filled on a weekly basis.
21. Daily Hand over original invoice copy to Account department
22. Daily basis make a xerox copy of each invoice before hand over to Account Department
23. Daily basis hand over Class A chemicals to end user
24. For chemical sample shipment to connect courier person with end user in Lab area
25. Coordinate with HK supervisor to remove the Empty boxes from store.
26 knowledge of GRN/PR etc.
