Job Title: Sales Administration Co-ordinator – Part-Time (Bishopston)
Company Overview: Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, an award-winning independent estate agency with a highly respected presence across Bristol (BS7). Their Bishopston branch is known for exceptional customer service and a strong, supportive team culture. Due to continued success, they are now looking for a friendly, detail-focused Sales Administration Co-ordinator to join their busy sales team.
Role Overview: This part-time position is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills who thrives in a professional, fast-paced office environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office - supporting the team, clients, and internal processes with accuracy and care. The role offers flexible part-time working options, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to shape the customer experience within a high-performing branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales documentation and property descriptions
- Upload and manage property listings and photography
- Support compliance, administration, and internal processes
- Assist with social media activity and digital marketing content
- Answer inbound calls and handle customer and sales team enquiries
General office administration including invoicing, reporting, ordering supplies, and maintaining displays
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role
- Confident IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks independently
- Positive team player with a professional approach
- Interest in property and customer experience is an advantage
- £25,000 basic salary (pro-rated for part-time hours)
- £26,000 OTE (pro-rated) through uncapped pooled team commission
- Additional £2,500 referral commission available for financial services introductions
- 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rated, increasing with service)
