Project Coordinator - WHQS

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £34,119 per year.

Reporting to the WHQS Project Officer, the Project Coordinator provides high-quality administrative, data management and reporting support to the Assets and Decarbonisation team. The role is responsible for maintaining, validating and analysing Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) and green energy data and producing accurate reports and performance information that supports programme delivery, compliance and the achievement of the WHQS.

Working closely with surveyors, project colleagues and wider stakeholders, the role helps to ensure information is accurate, timely and accessible, enabling informed decision-making and the successful delivery of investment and decarbonisation programmes.

To be successful in the role of
Project Coordinator
you will be educated to a level 3 standard or have equivalent experience in data management.
