HR Now is supporting Cleveland Clinic with the recruitment of an organised, motivated and friendly Junior Medical Administrator to join its busy practice team.
This is a patient-facing opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service. Working across the St Helier and St Brelade surgeries, you will provide essential support to patients, clinicians and colleagues while helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a busy appointment system by telephone, email and in person.
- Responding to patient enquiries in a helpful, professional and empathetic manner.
- Completing a broad range of administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills
