Customer & Community Engagement Lead (Internal Only)

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £43,448 peryear.

Reporting to the Customer and Community Engagement Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering meaningful community benefit outcomes, ensuring our work aligns with Welsh Government frameworks and reflects the needs and aspirations of the communities we serve.

Working with external and internal stakeholders, this role leads the development and delivery of strategic partnerships with grassroots impact, driving innovative community initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring our contractors meet their community benefits obligations.
