We Are Footprint is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a £10 million industrial unit development in the North West. You will manage the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account, working with a professional site and commercial team.
The role requires proven experience in commercial management, particularly within industrial construction projects, and strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
