This is a full‑time, remote Customer Service Representative role. The individual will handle customer inquiries, provide support for client concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also maintain excellent customer communication, build strong client relationships, and resolve issues efficiently to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Exceptional skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a professional manner
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in a customer‑facing role
• Self‑motivated and able to work productively in a remote setting
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
