Location: Briton Ferry

Customer Service Advisor (Permanent) – 2 x Part-time positions available!

Salary: £26,457 pro rata per annum, 20 hours per week

With two part-time positions available, rota-based Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm. As we expand to meet demand, there are opportunities for career growth within Tai Tarian.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader this role involves responding to and providing assistance to customers with general queries and repairs requests over the phone and email inbox.

It is desirable for the candidate to speak Welsh.

The Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers and those wishing to engage with us as a business.

The role will build internal and external partnerships, including contractors, to provide a positive experience of Tai Tarian with a people centric approach.
