Customer Service Advisor (Permanent) – 2 Part‑time positions
Salary: £26,457 pro rata per annum, 20 hours per week.
Hours: Rota‑based Monday – Friday between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
The role reports to the Customer Experience Team Leader and involves responding to and providing assistance to customers with general queries and repair requests over the phone and via email inbox.
The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers and those wishing to engage with us as a business.
The role requires building internal and external partnerships, including contractors, to provide a positive experience of Tai Tarian with a people‑centric approach.
Qualifications:
- Desirable: fluency in Welsh.
