Estimator
Neath
To £30k depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, web and social media
- Prepare accurate quotations and 2D AutoCAD drawings
- Follow up quotations and develop customer relationships
- Understand customer budgets, specifications and requirements
- Maintain accurate records using ODOO CRM
- Work closely with production, accounts, marketing and despatch
- Ensure work meets relevant standards, regulations and customer requirements
- Experience in estimating and AutoCAD
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using IT, including Word, Excel, CRM and CAD
- Customer focused and commercially aware
- Proactive, self motivated and able to work independently
- Able to manage deadlines and multiple enquiries
- A team player with an interest in design and the built environment
Desirable:
Experience in manufacturing/product development, construction/built environment or fire safety compliance.
