Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a warm and welcoming Primary School in Neath? We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join a fantastic Key Stage team, supporting pupils with their learning and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum

Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils to help them reach their full potential

Assisting with classroom preparation, displays, and general learning resources

Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil participation

Working closely with teaching staff and parents to ensure every child thrives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting

Be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting young learners

Have strong communication and teamwork skills

Hold relevant childcare or education qualifications (or be willing to work towards them)
