Salary: £31,022 - £33,699 Pro Rata

Contract: 15 hours per week / 39 weeks per year. Temporary until 31st August 2026

To commence 5th January 2025, temporary to 31st August 2026 in the first instance.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively engage and work closely with families, staff, pupils and the wider community to motivate pupils to reach their full potential.
  • Work as part of a team and have close liaison between teaching staff and parents.
  • Be responsible for working with families and pupils with the aim of improving attendance across the school.
  • Work alongside outside agencies and the local community supporting families and pupils.
  • Be responsible in providing nurture provision for pupils.
  • Have excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills.
