Youth Engagement Officer JGW+ | Salary £24,500 - £26,700 |

covering Neath, Port Talbot & Swansea |

Contract:

Full-time, permanent |

Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00–16:30

• Identify, engage, and recruit new learners to the Itec Jobs Growth Wales + programme.
• Use various techniques (sales, business development, marketing) to attract new learners.
• Establish new business partnerships and maximise existing relationships for learner opportunities.
• Actively sell and endorse Itec training products and services to attract learners.
• Drive new learner generation through calls, networking, digital activities, and community outreach.
• Build effective relationships with schools and community-based venues to attract learners.
• Build strategic relationships with Centre Leads and Learner Coaches to ensure seamless learner transitions.

Essential

• Experience working with young people and/or being passionate about making a difference.
• Strong and relevant knowledge of local networks.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
• Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.

Desirable

• Experience with in Post 16 Education or youth-based organisations.
