Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. The role does not include planning and preparation, but strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 qualification or 6 months relevant experience
• Confidence in managing a class of students aged 11 to 16+
• Ability to manage behaviour to keep students engaged
• Flexibility to work across different departments and age ranges daily
