Teaching Assistant

The school are seeking an outstanding individual who is looking to progress within the Teaching Assistant role on a full-time basis working in the Nursery starting after Easter.

The successful candidate will:

• Will have relevant experience of working with children (minimum of 6 months) in an Early Years setting
• Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools
• Will have relevant experience of working with ALN pupils and following Individual Development Plans
• Attend to pupils personal needs including toileting, hygiene, dressing and eating, as well as help with social, welfare and health matters.
• Will ensure the health and safety of students who require intimate personal care

• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills and be committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
