This is a flexible, remote opportunity for self-employed tutors who enjoy working with motivated students. Tutors deliver one-to-one or small group sessions independently and have the freedom to structure lessons according to their own teaching style.

• Strong knowledge and experience with the UCAT exam
• A degree in Medicine or Dentistry
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting students applying to medicine is advantageous but not required

• Tutors operate on a self-employed basis and set their own hourly rates.
• Med Step acts as a referral and student-matching service and charges a commission per session, agreed upon prior to commencing lessons. Commission structure is discussed individually and reflects the tutor’s chosen rate and experience level.
• Tutors are responsible for managing their own tax and professional obligations.
