As a Careers Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment of talent across our ever-growing nursery group.

• Identifying and implementing creative approaches to attracting toptalent.
• Producing and managing adverts and communicating with candidates.
• Identifying and implementing ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Building collaborative relationships with the wider team to ensure a strong approach to achieving recruitment targets.
• Working with our HR system to assist hiring managers with their candidate management.
• This role will involve some travel to events and occasionally to some of our fantastic nursery settings!

• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
• Experience in the Early Years sector is desirable
• Competence with Microsoft packages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well within a team.
