Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you may:

Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning
Assist teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and independence
Support children across the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Work with pupils who have Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Contribute to pupil wellbeing and classroom success

Who We're Looking For

Have experience working with children in schools, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, care settings, or similar environments
Are patient, supportive, and enthusiastic
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enjoy helping children learn, develop, and succeed
Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
