Blue Steps Connect seeks an Interim Head of Alternative Provision in the United Kingdom. You will report directly to the Executive Headteacher and combine day-to-day leadership with hands-on responsibility.
The successful candidate should have strong leadership experience in alternative provision or specialist settings, knowledge of inspection frameworks, and the ability to improve student outcomes and manage senior teams.
