Responsibilities
Play a key role in promoting inclusive learning and supporting learner success. Work collaboratively with learners, families, and staff to enhance engagement, independence, and participation across the College.
Contract & HoursPart-time, fixed-term – 18-month contract.
30 hours per week, including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends.
LocationNeath College, NPTC Group of Colleges.
Qualifications & ExperienceLevel 5 qualification (HND or equivalent) and experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or learner engagement activities.
Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).
IT literate to Level 3, including experience with MS Office and MS Teams.
Experience working in a library or teaching setting is advantageous.
Compensation£29,209–£31,455 per annum, pro rata (£23,682–£25,504 per annum).
