Who you'll be supporting
Every child is different.
One pupil may need help regulating emotions after an overwhelming playtime.
Another may need someone to break learning into manageable steps.
Some children communicate differently. Others simply need an adult who believes in them before they believe in themselves.
You’ll support pupils with a variety of Additional Learning Needs, including:- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Developmental Delay
- Literacy and numeracy interventions
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
