Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Llangatwg Comprehensive are seeking a temporary Family Engagement, Attendance and Pastoral Support Officer. The role covers 30 hours per week over 39 weeks, with a fixed-term contract to August 2027.
The post focuses on family engagement, attendance improvement and pastoral support for learners and families within a collaborative school team. Experience of supporting learners and families would be highly advantageous.
