We are recruiting Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for primary, secondary and additional learning needs (ALN) settings across Neath Port Talbot , with day-to-day, short-term and longer-term supply opportunities.
Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities Helping pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the school day Encouraging confidence, participation and positive behaviour Preparing learning resources and classroom materials Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff Have experience working with children or young people Are caring, reliable and proactive Have excellent communication skills Enjoy working as part of a team Hold relevant qualifications or training (desirable) Competitive daily rates of pay Weekly pay Flexible working opportunities Access to a variety of local schools Long-term and permanent opportunities Free CPD and professional development Dedicated consultant support Candidate of the Month rewards Support throughout your education career - 8:30am - 3:30pm
