This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to join an established Contractor as a Business Management Graduate in our Murphy Plant team. • Operational and safety management of the Murphy Plant depot locations.
• Logistics scheduling and the management of compliance towards legal and accredited HGV fleet standards.
• Administer hire of specialist plant and equipment to large infrastructure projects across a number of key sectors.
• Support the service and maintenance processes for assets worth more than £130m.
• Be involved in financial modelling and understand elements of a financial strategy including elements such as revenue, cost, profit and loss, and cashflow.
• Work alongside procurement on supply chain agreements, managing supply chain partners against KPI’s and procuring parts and assets inclusive of our capital expenditure process.
• Strong organisation and planning skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
• You will be passionate, driven & customer centric in your approach.
• Confident, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the environment.
• Solid PC and Microsoft skills ideally with database management experience including building high‑quality presentation decks.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to define, evaluate opportunities.
• Strong analytical and inquisitive research skills.
• Well‑developed communication and written and oral presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and flexibly.
