Quality Specification and Sign Off Engineer

Working as part of our Specialist Assets team, your purpose will be to ensure that commercial vehicles are delivered on time, and to the correct specification. You’ll act as the voice of the customer from the beginning of the build through to completion, liaising with manufacturers, dealerships, and bodybuilders, to monitor progress, identify any issues at the earliest opportunity and ensure suitable remedies are implemented.

• Monitoring and reviewing build progress throughout each project
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring all builds meet required specifications
• Managing relationships with suppliers to support successful delivery
• Serving as the technical subject matter expert for LCV and HGV builds

You’re an engineer with excellent knowledge of LCV and/or HGV asset builds within a commercial background, ideally with an understanding of vehicle conversions and/or ancillary equipment. You have good interpersonal skills, and are capable of adapting your style for different audiences.
