Job Title: Fractional Personal Insolvency Practitioner

Location: Remote UK or Hybrid

Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per month, typically 1 to 2 days per week

Penny Plan is a personal insolvency business delivering compliant, customer focused debt solutions to individuals across the UK.

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a licensed Personal Insolvency Practitioner to provide regulatory oversight, act as office holder, and support the development of a scalable and fully compliant operation.

The role is suited to an experienced IP looking for a flexible appointment within a customer centric firm, where they can help shape standards, processes, and long term direction without the demands of a full time operational role.

• Act as Nominee and Supervisor for IVAs and related personal insolvency solutions
• Review and approve IVA proposals, variations, and key case decisions
• Provide oversight to ensure compliant and efficient case progression
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Provide technical guidance to internal case teams
• Advise directors on operational and regulatory best practice as the firm grows

• Licensed UK Personal Insolvency Practitioner
• Up to date knowledge of insolvency regulation and compliance standards
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
