Join our customer's team as a Finance Business Partner- AI Trainer and play a pivotal role at the intersection of finance and artificial intelligence. You will leverage your strategic insight and exceptional financial acumen to train and guide AI systems, ensuring robust financial modeling and enhanced business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional with a deep understanding of business operations and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, validate, and refine financial models and forecasts to support AI training and business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for AI development.
- Drive budgeting processes, perform variance analysis, and partner with stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
- Design and deliver AI training modules that reflect real-world finance scenarios, integrating best practices and market trends.
- Produce insightful reports and dashboards to track financial KPIs and support continuous learning for AI systems.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and support business growth through AI-enabled solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- BSc in Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis within a business partnering role.
- Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to align finance with organizational objectives.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience working with or supporting AI or technology teams is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience designing or delivering finance-related training programs, especially in an AI‑driven context.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or previous experience in technology‑driven organizations.
