• Develop, validate, and refine financial models and forecasts to support AI training and business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for AI development.
• Drive budgeting processes, perform variance analysis, and partner with stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
• Design and deliver AI training modules that reflect real-world finance scenarios, integrating best practices and market trends.
• Produce insightful reports and dashboards to track financial KPIs and support continuous learning for AI systems.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and support business growth through AI-enabled solutions.

• BSc in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis within a business partnering role.
• Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to align finance with organizational objectives.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience working with or supporting AI or technology teams is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Experience designing or delivering finance-related training programs, especially in an AI‑driven context.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or previous experience in technology‑driven organizations.
