Requirements

Qualifications: ACA/ICAEW qualified or part-qualified.

Experience:

• Expertise in client and cloud accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT, and corporation tax compliance
• Proficiency in software like Quick Books, Xero, and Excel
• Experience working with SME portfolios in dynamic start-ups is advantageous
• Payroll and personal tax knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, reconciliations, and external returns for SME clients
• Managing financial systems and ensuring compliance with UK regulations
• Leading and supporting a team of accountants, providing guidance on challenges, training, and performance
