The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation, supporting its continued delivery of high-quality education. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to apply their expertise within a purposeful and dynamic setting.

• Managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
• Overseeing budgeting processes and financial forecasting
• Preparing monthly financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with departments across the organisation to support financial planning and decision-making
• Providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Leading a small team and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment

• Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within the education sector
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues
• A collaborative approach with strong team-working skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
