Senior Administrator, Asset Manager Services

Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Administrator to join their team in St Helier, Jersey. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures, ensuring exceptional service delivery to a varied client base. Working closely with your manager, you will develop strong client relationships and build your technical expertise in fund administration and regulatory requirements.

The position involves collaboration with colleagues across different business areas to manage risks and compliance, supporting the overall growth of the Funds business. This opportunity allows you to gain exposure to both regulated and unregulated investment structures within a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a high-quality client base.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop specialist expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements, and private equity structures.
• Partner with colleagues across the business to manage risk, ensure compliance, and facilitate outstanding client outcomes.
• Support team growth and success through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB, or STEP, with experience in fund, corporate, or fiduciary administration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance, and client administration within a financial services environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness, with the confidence to support, mentor, and share knowledge with colleagues.
