A great opportunity with an independent fiduciary and fund administration provider who specialises in the provision of bespoke solutions to institutional and private clients.
This key role will support the leadership of a fiduciary administration team responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of complex, high-value client structures. The role will focus on delivering exceptional client service, maintaining robust risk management and regulatory compliance, and contributing to the strategic and commercial objectives of the business. The candidate should ideally hold, or be studying towards, a STEP or ICSA (CGI) qualification, have a minimum of five years' experience in fiduciary/trust and company administration, and be an effective team leader.
The role will also require a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and fiduciary best practices, including JFSC, FATCA/CRS, AML/CFT, internal governance standards and risk management procedures.
