Overview

Technical Coordinator – We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package. The role includes a starting salary of £33,879 rising to £37,548 per year after key competencies are met.

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities relating to new build and development properties, including the assessment of land, site acquisition, pre-development programme monitoring and post-completion matters. This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Welsh Government and other statutory bodies as required.
