Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join a high-performing, specialist healthcare service in the South West. This role requires an exceptional leader who can drive quality, ensure compliance, and deliver operational and financial success in a regulated setting.

Salary: Up to £90,000 DoE
Position: Senior Operational Leader (Registered Manager / Hospital Director equivalent)
Hours: Full Time
Setting: Specialist healthcare service
Location: South West England

Your key responsibilities will be;


• Lead service strategy and operational excellence

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

• Drive occupancy and service reputation

• Manage budgets and optimise resources

• Inspire and develop multi-disciplinary teams

• Oversee quality and governance processes

• Build strong stakeholder and commissioner relationships

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;


• Senior leadership experience in regulated healthcare

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and governance

• Proven people management and team development skills

• Track record in budget control and occupancy growth

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ideally from clinical background
