You’ll bring calm, confidence, and consistency when it matters most.

- Supporting safe and timely hospital discharges
- Providing high‑quality personal care and daily living support
- Creating routines and helping clients regain independence
- Offering reassurance and continuity to families
- Mentoring new Support Workers and modelling best practice
- Liaising clearly and professionally with Care Managers and clinical teams

Depending on client needs, you may:
- Work live‑in placements (sometimes 3+ weeks for continuity)
- Work live‑out shifts (accommodation may be provided)
- Travel across the UK to support care packages
- Work occasional unsociable hours
This role suits someone who enjoys variety and flexibility.
