About the ServicePale Road in Neath, Wales, is a specialist service that provides 24 hour residential support for four autistic adults with moderate to complex behavioural needs.
About the RoleWe are looking for caring and reliable Bank Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
What You’ll Do- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
- For you to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people
- Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential
- Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome
As you are a bank worker, you will be able topick and choosethe shifts that you work, and services have a mixture of hours that can include evenings and weekends.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
