Salary: £14.24- £27.36 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a leading specialist provider in Neath. This role offers flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, in various nursing and residential care settings committed to delivering the highest standards of care.

• Providing personal care and support to residents with dementia and other health conditions
• Assisting with daily activities and implementing care plans
• Using manual handling equipment safely and effectively
• Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
• Supporting the delivery of therapeutic and holistic care

• Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
• Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
• A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for elderly residents
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
