Your role will involve empowering adults with their care needs to live safely and independently in their own homes or supported living.
You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, medication assistance, daily living support, personal care and community access, while maintaining accurate records and promoting recovery, dignity, choice and independence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, writing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and other care documentation, and supporting the Team Leader with meetings, handovers and team communication.
A caring, reliable and compassionate approach is essential. You will receive Time + 1/4 (£) on weekends and double pay on bank holidays (££).
