We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to help shape an engaging, high performance culture across our organisation. You’ll partner with senior leaders and their teams to build people plans that deliver their immediate and long term goals, advise on complex employee relations (ER) issues, support and enable organisational change and workforce planning and champion an inclusive colleague experience.

The Role Strategic Partnering- Partner with leaders to align people plans to business goals.
- Deliver people plans that build performance, capability and future workforce.
- Use people data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
- Advise on complex ER, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Coach managers on performance, wellbeing, conduct and case management.
- Lead and support organisational change.
- Line manage and mentor the HR Advisory team.
- Embed a high‑performance, values‑led culture.
- Champion engagement, inclusion and wellbeing.
- Turn employee‑listening insights into actions.
- Define talent needs and succession with leaders.
- Partner with L&D to build leadership and capability.
- Work with Recruitment on workforce planning and resourcing.
- Optimise people processes with the HR Operations team.
- Deliver HR projects aligned to priorities.
- Ensure legal/policy compliance; contribute to policy and governance.
We’re looking for someone who can bring credibility, clarity and a solution focused mindset.
Essential Experience & Skills- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience).
- Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience in a generalist HRBP or HR role with strong ER expertise.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and confident using HR data to inform decisions.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Resilient, adaptable and thrives in a fast paced or multisite environment.
- CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate HR qualification.
- Experience with change management and organisational development.
- Exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
