Accept Recruitment is looking for a driven, organised and people-focused On-Site Account Manager to join our team in Dordon, Tamworth . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, building strong client relationships and managing a large temporary workforce. You will become the key point of contact for one of our valued clients, working closely with our Industrial Team and Branch Manager to ensure we consistently deliver an excellent service.

The role combines client management, recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and day-to-day operational management , so no two days will be the same. What You'll Be Doing As our On-Site Account Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment operation for the account, including:
Building a strong, professional and trusted relationship with the client Maintaining regular daily communication with client contacts and temporary workers Understanding weekly workforce requirements and ensuring bookings are successfully fulfilled Recruiting, screening and registering candidates Building and maintaining a strong candidate pool ready for upcoming site tours and inductions Organising and supporting site tours, inductions and new starter onboarding Allocating workers to the correct vacancies and assignments Preparing assignment information and client confirmations in line with audit requirements Managing new starter satisfaction checks and supporting worker retention Managing temporary worker attendance, absence and holiday processes Motivating and supporting the workforce to achieve high standards Ensuring payroll information is accurate and completed on time Monitoring advertising responses and supporting recruitment through social media and other channels Managing and maintaining accurate information within our CRM and recruitment systems Monitoring daily KPIs and preparing monthly statistics and performance information Resolving client and worker queries quickly and professionally Compliance & On-Site Management You will also ensure that our operation maintains the highest standards of compliance, including:
Ensuring all temporary workers have valid Right to Work documentation Ensuring all onboarding and worker documentation is accurate and compliant Maintaining PPE records and completing weekly PPE stock checks Supporting appropriate PPE controls and deductions where applicable Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times site tour and induction process Participation in client meetings Working in accordance with relevant legislation, company procedures and professional standards What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident taking ownership and enjoys working with both clients and people.

You'll ideally have:
Previous recruitment, account management, on-site or workforce management experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and time-management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused approach Confidence dealing with clients and temporary workers at all levels The ability to work towards KPIs, deadlines and operational targets Strong problem-solving skills Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint A positive, ambitious and results-driven attitude The ability to work independently while remaining part of a wider team Essential Requirements Full UK driving licence Flexibility around working hours when required by the operation Willingness and flexibility to travel when required Why Join Accept Recruitment?
