We’re partnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy to hire an experienced Service Now Technical Lead to support enterprise-level delivery projects across ITSM, ITOM, and custom Service Now applications.

You’ll take ownership of the technical direction, design, and delivery of Service Now solutions. The role involves leading development teams, working closely with architects and project managers, and ensuring all technical implementations meet best practice and customer requirements.

• Lead technical design sessions and oversee solution implementation
• Act as the primary technical authority on Service Now development
• Provide hands‑on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements
• Ensure quality assurance, code reviews, and adherence to platform governance
• Guide and mentor development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions

• Proven experience as a Service Now Technical Lead or Senior Developer
• Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and module configuration
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership ability
• Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM/ITOM) are advantageous
• Remote UK
• 6‑month initial contract with long‑term extensions
