WordPress Developer

We are seeking a technically sharp, CRO-minded Word Press Developer who knows that every page load time, every UX decision, and every tracking setup directly impacts conversions.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Word Press and Elementor, as well as the ability to push back on plugin usage that may slow down the site. You will be building fast, reliable, conversion-focused Word Press sites and landing pages that drive measurable results.

This is a performance-driven role that requires a strong understanding of CRO principles, plugin setup and optimization, and tracking and analytics setup. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that our campaigns have a rock-solid foundation.

• Build custom, responsive Word Press websites and landing pages in Elementor
• Implement CRO changes into structure, layout, and UX
• QA for bugs, speed, and responsiveness across devices
• Integrate and validate tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Configure and optimize plugins without slowing sites down
• Perform audits, fixes, and speed optimizations on existing sites

• 2+ years building and optimizing Word Press websites with Elementor
• Experience improving CVR, load speed, and UX flow
• Familiarity with performance metrics and dev impact
• Strong understanding of CRO principles (flows, CTAs, UX patterns)

• Growth roadmap to Medior, Senior, and Web Dev Manager roles
• Real ownership, be the final QA and dev lead on builds
