Resource Manager

You’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating our team’s capacity and project assignments across complex Hub Spot CRM implementations, large website builds and marketing campaign projects. You’ll ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.

You’ll know people’s strengths. You’ll ask questions that matter. You’ll identify and solve resource conflicts before they become problems, so we can deliver on time and to budget.

You’ll work as a specialist for one of only a handful of global Elite Hub Spot partners.

• Understand the importance of balancing utilisation with development time and holidays.
• Immerse yourself in our teams’s skills and capabilities so you can make smart resourcing decisions.
• Curious about team dynamics and project requirements.
• Keep a beady eye on capacity and forecasting at all times.

• Experience in resource or capacity planning, ideally in an agency or professional services environment.

Work flexible hours at home and at the office. Half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, a month-long, paid sabbatical.
