The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of social media for Brew Digital and its parent company, The Adaptavist Group (TAG), including brands such as Adaptavist, Scriptrunner, Upscale, Kolekti, and Venue.

This role involves strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. Responsibilities include overseeing internal brand accounts and external client social media services, ensuring best practices and measurable success.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to agency growth through client pitches and business development, and advise the Group CMO and Head of Digital Marketing.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Experience managing social media, leading teams or projects in a senior role (agency experience preferred).
• Proven success in creating impactful social strategies for B2B and/or B2C brands.
• Expertise in social analytics, paid advertising, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide teams.
• Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and aligning social media with business goals.

• Agency background or experience in a fast-growth tech environment.
• Knowledge of PR, influencer marketing, employer branding.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products or SaaS platforms.
• Basic skills in design/video editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut).
• Experience with community management and advocacy programs.
