AboutThe Role
The UK Digital Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for accelerating client value, revenue growth, and consulting excellence across Ensono Digital’s core technology and transformation practices. Reporting to the SVP, Digital & Consulting, this role requires strategic vision, operational rigor, and strong commercial acumen and operates at the intersection of client engagement, sales partnership, and service delivery, ensuring that consulting outcomes directly contribute to commercial success.
You will work closely with sales leadership and account teams to shape client opportunities, lead executive‑level engagements, and drive revenue through high‑quality delivery. Alongside this, you will provide strategic leadership across technology competency teams, evolving Ensono Digital’s capabilities, people, and offerings in line with market demand.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong client presence, commercial leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to scale consulting practices while maintaining delivery excellence.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee complex digital engagements, and work closely with executive peers to evolve Ensono’s consulting capabilities in line with market demand and emerging technologies. This role requires strategic vision, operational rigor, and strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Revenue Growth- Act as an executive sponsor for key client relationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and C‑suite leaders.
- Partner closely with sales and account teams to shape client demand, support deal qualification, and contribute to winning new and expanding existing business.
- Drive revenue growth through successful delivery, ensuring consulting engagements clearly demonstrate value, impact, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead complex, high‑value engagements, maintaining accountability for scope, quality, margin, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure delivery excellence across all consulting engagements, with a strong focus on margin performance, predictability, and risk management.
- Embed a delivery‑led growth model where client outcomes translate into account expansion, renewal, and long‑term partnerships.
- Own performance against key financial and operational targets, including net revenue retention, gross margin, and utilization.
- Provide strategic leadership across technology competency teams spanning application development and modernization, data platforms and identity and access management.
- Advance consulting methodologies, delivery models, and accelerators that improve scalability, efficiency, and client impact.
- Shape the evolution of Ensono’s consulting portfolio, identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities to drive future growth.
- Lead and mentor senior consulting leaders, fostering a high‑performance, client‑centric culture.
- Develop talent pipelines through coaching, succession planning, and thoughtful resource strategy.
- Champion collaboration across consulting, sales, and delivery teams to strengthen alignment and shared accountability.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of Ensono’s global consulting strategy.
- Translate market insight and industry trends into actionable investments and practice roadmaps.
- Represent Ensono externally as a credible consulting leader with clients, partners, and the wider market.
