An exceptional, globally renowned law firm is looking to recruit a Legal PA for a Head of Department!

Salary - up to £55,000

Hybrid working 3:2

Location - Liverpool Street

This Legal PA role will support a very supportive Partner who is also a Head of Department, and requires a forward thinking Legal PA with plenty of experience of supporting at Partner level, within the relevant legal commercial / corporate arena.

Within this practice group, the Legal PA will have a broad range of duties and responsibilities, which include:

• E-mail management, checking prioritising and summarising e-mails on a daily basis
• Extensive diary management - anticipating and managing all areas of diaries
• Establishing own administrative systems
• Drafting correspondence as required
• Efficiently managing own workload, being proactive and using initiative
• Becoming adept at proof reading and quality checks on all work produced
• Establishing relationships with clients and anticipating their needs
• Document management, including opening files and archiving
• Demonstrates an understanding of the end-to-end billing process
• Undertaking typing as required either via dictation or mark ups
• Delegating where necessary
