Our clients Bangor office offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing presence in North Wales, working alongside a large team of Corporate/Commercial Solicitors who are have a fantastic reputation across Wales.

As a member of the Corporate & Commercial team, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal advice to clients working on a variety of matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate restructuring
• Joint ventures

This role offers the chance to develop strong client relationships, lead complex transactions, and mentor junior team members, all while contributing to the firm’s strategic growth in North Wales.

We are seeking an accomplished solicitor with

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate and Commercial law (or equivalent experience)
• A proven track record in managing complex transactions and providing practical, commercially sound advice
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork and leadership
• Familiarity with the North Wales business landscape is a plus, but not essential.
