Corporate Associate; PQE – GUERNSEY

Another major offshore firm is urgently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious associate for its corporate practice in Guernsey. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.

The firm has asked us to source candidates with 3-6 years post qualified experience from leading firms in London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The firm pays excellent salaries and also offers a generous relocation/benefits allowance. Income tax is a flat 20%.
