High-Level Cleaner – Permanent

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated High-Level Cleaner to join our Neighbourhood team and help make a big difference to our properties and communities.

The role is permanent, full-time with a salary of £24,558 a year, working Monday‑Friday between the hours of 7:30am–3pm. There are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so you can forge your perfect career.

• Supports the Neighbourhood Team in achieving operational targets and service standards by cleaning various Tai Tarian accommodations including office areas, communal areas in blocks of flats, Hafen schemes and welfare facilities.
• Reports to the Team Leader and is responsible for creating a positive first impression of our buildings and communities by ensuring they are professionally cleaned, welcoming, hygienic and homely.

• Experience in a similar cleaning role.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding duties, including working at heights.
• Valid manual driving licence; will need to travel through the borough and drive a company vehicle (a driving assessment will be provided by Tai Tarian).
