Customer Experience Team Leader

We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £38,656 rising to £41,777 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

The role of Customer Experience
Team Leader will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager; this role is responsible for leading and managing the Customer Experience Team to deliver an efficient and effective service.

Working with external and internal stakeholders, this role will drive a solution-focused customer experience, where every contact counts.

By supporting the Customer Experience Manager in leading the Contact Centre, The Customer Experience Team Leader will deliver departmental outcomes, through improving engagement, fully deploying our values, and achieving excellent customer service and quality work of our operational team.
