Senior Operations Supervisor

Overview

We have a permanent, full-time position available as a Senior Operations Supervisor with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £42,884 per year, rising to £46,870 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for leading and managing Land Management and Cyclical Maintenance Teams to ensure the organisation manages and maintains its land and communal areas to the highest possible standards.

This role will develop and lead high performing teams, in areas such as sustainability and biodiversity, ensuring service outcomes are met in line with the highest possible customer service standards and minimising our environmental impact, engaging and collaborating with internal external stakeholders to deliver effective services.

To be successful in the role of Senior Operations Supervisor you will need to be educated to level 4 HNC, or equivalent experience in a technical qualification, along with Level 5 ILM Leadership, or a commitment to work towards.
